West 12th Street has undergone an estimated $250 million in new construction and renovations including Music Hall, Memorial Hall, Vestry Event Center, Queen City Radio, and Collingsworth’s Pro Football Focus. The Strietmann Center is adjacent to the newly constructed Shakespeare Company Theater and many new restaurants. Hot new businesses are springing up on Central Parkway, including the site of the new FC Cincinnati Stadium.
